The MMO Board companies provide mentors to work with students in 7th grade on Self-Esteem Building and Goal Setting, 8th grade on Decision Making and 9th grade on Career Exploration.

At the Sophmore, Junior and Senior high school levels, the MEP staff and parents provide guidance and support to students during the following processes: ACT, SAT, College entrance exams, Scholarship and Financial Aid applications, Campus tours to our partnering twenty-three Colleges and Universities, and selecting the campus with the best fit.

During college, the MEP campus coordinators assist students through campus and academic life adjustments and serve as a communication link between the students and the MMO board companies and sponsors.

MMO board companies recruit the MEP college Juniors and Seniors for internship and employment opportunities when available. Once employed students who chose to can become MMO program mentors and volunteers.
